DEAR MONDAY — 306th Edition

RAKERAKA’s flagship party DEAR MONDAY celebrated its sixth anniversary this September, quietly becoming one of those hidden gems for people who really care about music.

Away from the usual packed-out party chaos, DEAR MONDAY is a place to slow down, tune in and properly get lost in underground sounds. Tucked away in the darkness, the space brings together music heads who come to listen, move and experience the night at their own pace.

For the 306th edition, we’re bringing together a seriously special line-up.

Taigen Kawabe, frontman of Bo Ningen and a true musical nomad between the UK and Japan, has spent years pushing through the boundaries between genres, cultures and dimensions.

Joining him is his close ally DJ Zanarkand, the DJ alias of artist shaka bose. Expect everything from transcendental sounds to strange, non-dancefloor territories — a shapeshifting journey that can take the floor somewhere completely unexpected.

Fysia continues to dig deeper into RAKERAKA’s dark, swampy techno territory, building a cosmic and immersive world of her own.

And HSC, an organiser deeply rooted in British mutant rave culture, brings a ritualistic, storytelling approach to the dance floor — moving freely between post-club, rave and everything in between.

Every Monday night at RAKERAKA, the FUNKTION-ONE system and the sounds pouring into the darkness create something that feels less like a club and more like an ancient ritual space somewhere in Asia.

Come get lost with us.
