Trench: 004 (A Fundraiser for Sudan + Congo)

TRENCH returns this Halloween for its fourth installment, taking over an outdoor space on the west side of Chicago for nearly 12 hours of music, from the afternoon through late night.

For this installment of TRENCH, JokeR cLUB BANG makes their Chicago debut, joining a lineup that brings together DJs, live acts, bands, and soundsystem artists from across Chicago's underground music community.

Across the day and into the night, our program will cycle through reggae, dancehall, ghetto house, global club music, live performance, and other sounds rooted in diasporic music and dance culture. With this lineup, TRENCH aims to bridge the gap between different scenes and approaches to music for a long-form Halloween gathering that doesn't stay in one lane.

TRENCH: 004 is a fundraiser supporting humanitarian relief efforts for people affected by the ongoing crises in Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Proceeds from the event will be directed toward organizations providing support and aid to affected communities.

Set times TBA.
Come early, stay late, and Happy Halloween.
