Ashes & Architecture: Monograph Reading

Ashes & Architecture an archive by Inder Paul Sandhu incorporating sound, text, image, fashion, artefacts and spatial practice. Ashes and Architecture works towards expanding institutional and cultural dialogue between The Louvre, The Getty, MoMA, the British Library, The National Gallery, The Vatican Museums, Smithsonian Institution, Library of Congress, Yale University, University of Cambridge, Westminster Abbey, The Huntington Library and Arts Council England, alongside Antony Gormley Studio, Robert Lepage, BMG, ATC Management, National Gallery of Victoria and Dubai Culture. At its centre are fifteen original musical compositions, accompanied by poetry, artworks and film developed as interconnected forms within a single authored framework. Join us for this evening of live music, spoken word and visuals, alongside a reading from the Ashes & Architecture monograph. Ashes & Architecture is part of Sandhu's wider practice EXODUS PDCM working with adidas, NBA 2K and BBC, and distributed through Hatchards Piccadilly, Foyles and Waterstones.
