weed420 + Tufi

silent green presents weed420 is an experimental sound-collage collective from Valencia, Venezuela, exploring memory, politics, and the experience of uprooting. Blending noise, lo-fi, and maximalist vaporwave, they fuse somber cloud-rap and ambient textures with 2000s perreo and salsa. Through guitars, synths, and processed vocals, they connect chopped ‘n’ screwed trap with deep-rooted Latin American influences. Tufi is Nicolas Castelli's electronic music project. Born in Buenos Aires and based in Berlin, he works as a DJ, producer, and sound designer/audio engineer. His formation in hardcore, punk and heavy metal carries an underlying folklore, an inherited identity that resurfaces in his sound through experimental, non-linear territory and traces of South American percussion, as an ongoing exploration of identity, politics, and spirituality.
