ExtraMostra x Venice

Our first ExtraMostra of the season abroad lands in Venice. On Saturday 10 October, during the Biennale Musica weeks, we’ll take over two spaces with the format we’ve been shaping at Mostra for years: an early evening of ambient, experimental electronic music and live performances inside Chiesetta della Misericordia, followed by a club night at Argo16, the long time home of Pulse and Opificio party series, brought to life through a special collaboration with its former curator. Reopening this year as the home of ETNIA House of Arts after its restoration, the Chiesetta becomes the setting for a curated journey through experimental electronic music, bringing together artists and sounds from Australia, Italy, Spain and the USA. With a strictly limited capacity of 150 people, this will be a rare and intimate opening experience before the night transforms and continues at Argo16, where the music moves from focused attention into a deeper, more physical club experience. From stillness to movement, ExtraMostra is one continuous journey through sound, connecting different scenes, artists and perspectives within a single night. The full programme is coming soon.
