Udumbara

We’re excited to finally introduce Udumbara, a new Bangkok-based creative platform bringing together music, visual art and movement.

For our first gathering we’re bringing our community with us, opening the doors at one of our favourite places in Bangkok, 12x12 Friday 30th October - bringing together close friends, artists, djs, and curious people for an evening built around connection and expression.

Created by PISTOL and ELILA, Udumbara grew from a simple desire to create a space where music and art can exist together - where people feel welcome to be themselves, and where creativity doesn’t have to fit into one particular shape.

We’ll also be introducing the artists and people who are helping shape Udumbara as we go, each bringing something of their own. While we shape and build Udumbara, it is deeply rooted in the people around us. Our friends, artists, DJs and wider community are an essential part of what makes it what it is. Throughout the evening, we start with live music, live painting, tattoo pop-up, food pop-up, and four djs during the night - all created and shared by people from our community.
