Umoya: A curated Deep & Afro House experience

A one-night exploration of Southern African Deep and Afro House, built through rhythm, movement and cultural lineage.

The night moves as a single journey rather than a run of separate sets. It opens in deep, soulful South African house, widens into adjacent sounds, and closes in Deep Afro House. The three sets are held as one continuum: the same lineage, unfolding.

The room is shaped for listening and moving. Long blends, a gradual build, no drop-chasing, no mic work. Low light and a single room. The music and the people on the floor carry the night: participation over observation

Closing · Deep Afro House, bringing the night home

Ticket holders will receive access to the Umoya archive, opening with a conversation with the curator and growing with further conversations as the project extends beyond one night.
