Tausend Electronica: Nikklaas

For Nikklaas, club culture extends well beyond the DJ booth. As curator of Bulbul Berlin, founder of THE UNKNOWN and the mind behind several other projects, he has spent well over a decade bringing people together through electronic music. He joins Tausend Electronica at Bar Tausend with the playful, house-driven sound that connects his work as a DJ and curator.

His experience stretches across Berlin institutions including Sisyphos, Renate, Kater, Griessmuehle and Ipse, alongside festival appearances at Bucht der Träumer, Feel Festival and Wilde Möhre. Further bookings across Europe and Asia have taken his selections into different scenes and settings, while Berlin remains his home.

Behind the decks, Nikklaas brings the same curiosity and enthusiasm that drive his work behind the scenes. His approach is grounded in a genuine love of electronic music, with house at its heart and a sound that continues to evolve.
