JLZ, Vhoor, Mu540, RaMeMes (Weird Baile) - EartH Hackney

Made up of producers JLZ, VHOOR, Mu540 and DJ RaMeMes, plus features from DJs Bonekinha Iraquiana and Kingdom, Weird Baile are the DJ super group disrupting the traditional structures of Brazilian Funk. As individual artists, they stand at the forefront of production and remain highly respected within the Funk BR scene. Formed in 2017 via Soundcloud, the collective melds chaotic sample mixing, memorable melodies, saturated bass, pulsating percussion, and carefully selected acapellas, developing sounds never before explored in electronic music. As they prepare their debut album (set for release by the end of 2026), this September's Weird Baile showcase offers a rare chance to witness the group collectively.
