Support by the talented Xica Soul. Netherlands born, the Berlin & Utrecht-based LAURE CROFT has earned her place as a defining force on Europe’s most respected dance floors. She is the label founder of Sexyrecs and a resident of Hamburg’s Kinky Sundays and a regular at RSO Berlin, E1 London, PAL Hamburg, DSTRKT, About Blank, Gegen and REX Paris. Her LA Debut with us last February was mind-blowing and we decided to have her back ASAP. JULIA GOVOR, who has graced our decks multiple times, has been featured on Bandcamp Daily as the best electronic music producer and The New Yorker calls her music “beguiling” and “rare” and that “fills the mind.” She is the founder and curator of the music record label JUJUKA, partner at Bar Laika by e-flux and Public Records resident. INCOGNITO resident BLOODY MARY is a French-born, Berlin-based acid techno force, is a producer, vinyl DJ, live act, and the driving mind behind Dame-Music, as well as a resident at Berlin’s iconic Tresor. With over a decade at the heart of electronic music, she has built a powerful discography across labels like Ovum, Missile, and U-TRAX, while collaborating with artists such as KiNK, Thomas P. Heckmann and DJ Pierre. In her debut at our decks, XICA SOUL has played Boiler Room in Los Angeles, Good Room in New York, Multi Multi Festival in London, Sunday Sunday in Mexico City, and many more. Her monthly dublab radio show, SoundProof, is a platform for sonic exploration and discovery. Xica is also a past resident of Hyde FM and Worldwide FM, and has played guest shows on Kiosk Radio, NTS, The Lot Radio, and Fault Radio. WAXXX SOCIETY is where the focus returns to the essence of DJing: records, turntables, and selectors who dig deep. This ones for the purists focused on the true art form of DJ-ing. No sync buttons, no aligning wave forms on the screen, just the pure tactile experience of a needle on the surface of records. Costumes encouraged. Clothing optional.
