Teshi's Fine Hour: Entre Trópicos with Alejandro Tafur Fernández

For this episode of Teshi’s Fine Hour, we welcome Alejandro Tafur Fernández, founder of Entre Trópicos, an independent platform based in Berlin and rooted in Latin America’s musical diaspora.

Entre Trópicos builds bridges between Latin American artists and the diaspora in Berlin through concerts and cultural gatherings. Its mission is to share the richness and diversity of Latin American culture beyond Eurocentric exoticism.

Together, we’ll explore the origins of Entre Trópicos, why platforms like this matter today, and how music can bring people together across borders and experiences. Along the way, we’ll listen to music connected to Alejandro’s journey and the stories, sounds, and communities that shape the platform.
