SLAB presents Conducta (open to close)

SLAB is proud to present an open to close set by Conducta.

One of the world’s most respected dance music trailblazers, Conducta has been setting pace for close to a decade now.

Breaking through in the mid-2010s with a string of releases on his own imprint, the Bristol-born artist spent the latter half of that decade cementing his reputation as a true selector across Europe’s club circuit. Away from his own releases, he also produced 'Ladbroke Grove’ for AJ Tracey, a record that not only went quadruple platinum in the UK, but officially now stands as the best-selling UK garage record in history. A BBC Essential Mix and covers of both DJ Mag and Mixmag soon followed, securing his place at the top table of UK dance music.

Having brought the Kiwi Rekords chapter to a close, Conducta has continued his upward trajectory, expanding what he does in pretty much every direction and introducing a more diverse musical palette that pulls from jungle, breakbeat and Miami bass, as heard across his most successful run of singles to date, including ‘Handle With Care’ and ‘Be The 1’, as well as a release on Nia Archives’ imprint, Up Ya Archives.

A regular fixture on lineups across Europe and the rest of the world, with a diary to match, Conducta has carved out an
incomparable niche, and done it on his own terms.
