This stage adaptation of Studio Ghibli’s 1988 animated film is created in collaboration with Improbable and Nippon TV, and is adapted by Tom Morton-Smith. The production has won six Olivier Awards and has been described as a record-breaking return. It is staged by the Royal Shakespeare Company with Executive Producer Joe Hisaishi.
