Free monthly real estate investor networking meetup in Dublin. Bring a deal, find capital, JV partners, agents, lenders, developers.

It's a FREE monthly networking group for Real Estate investors in Dublin.

Property Deal Network - Dublin A relaxed monthly meetup for Real Estate investors, developers, and professionals looking to do business face-to-face.

What happens at PDN Dublin? People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front - just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.

Who typically attends? Investors (from first-timers to portfolio landlords), developers, sourcing agents, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in property or want to be, you'll find relevant people here. The evening is run in English.

Practical details When: 4th Tuesday each month (except December), from 7pm Where: Old Fashioned Sam's, 19 Montague Street, Dublin 2, D02 ED60 Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 25s only; ID may be requested

The venue A cocktail bar and restaurant just off Harcourt Street, rated 4.6 from over 400 reviews and mid-priced. Open from midday to 11:30pm midweek, so a 7pm start has plenty of runway. The service and the courtyard seating are singled out in reviews, and it operates as an event venue, so it is used to hosting groups.

Getting there St Stephen's Green is the closest Luas stop at about five minutes walk, which puts the venue on the Green Line and a short walk from Grafton Street. Two multi-storey car parks sit on Drury Street, seven and nine minutes away; the larger closes at 11pm midweek, so check the time if you drive.

This is an established, recurring event - if this date doesn't work, there's always next month.
