Speaker: Jessica Charter, EY
Series: Zangwill Club

Artificial Intelligence is transforming more than technology. It is reshaping how people think, collaborate, and lead. As AI becomes embedded in everyday work, its influence extends beyond productivity to fundamentally changing human behaviour across individuals, teams, and organisations.

This session explores three key questions. How does AI change the way individuals learn, remember, solve problems, and make decisions? How does AI influence group dynamics, collaboration, trust, and communication? And how is AI reshaping organisational culture, leadership, and power structures?

Drawing on insights from psychology, organisational behaviour, and workplace research, we will examine the opportunities and risks that emerge as humans increasingly work alongside intelligent systems. From cognitive augmentation and decision support to human-AI teamwork and evolving leadership models, the discussion will provide practical insights into the human side of AI adoption

Host: Prof Nicky Clayton
