WHERE LOVE LEAVES A SCAR A certain song comes on and you’re back there. You still check, just once, what they’re up to. You compare every new person to them, even when you don’t mean to. You’ve moved on, mostly. But your shoulders haven’t, neither has your jaw, or the way you brace when someone new gets close. If someone came to mind as you read this, this day is for you. Where Love Leaves a Scar is one full day to find where that person still lives in your body, understand why the same story keeps repeating, and leave with simple practices to finally move forward. You’ve carried them long enough. How the day unfolds Morning: Mapping the Wound. Find where heartbreak sits in your body, notice how you brace when you’re hurt, and learn a simple way to interrupt old patterns. Midday: Soften & Restore. A 15-minute Ayurvedic head, neck and shoulder massage, a nourishing lunch, and quiet time to let the morning settle. Afternoon: Kintsugi: Honouring the Cracks. Rewire the loops that keep pulling you back, speak your grief in a small circle, and end with vocal toning and a sound bath that honours your cracks instead of hiding them. You’ll leave with five small practices, none longer than a minute, that you can use whenever the old feelings return. Who’s guiding you Dr Rae , a medically trained practitioner, sound healer and wellness coach. Ranessa , an award-winning stage actress and certified sound therapist, who brings the actor’s tools for reading emotion and the body. Adelina , an NLP practitioner and author of Whispers of Self , inspired by her own healing after a relationship. This day is for you if you’ve moved on in your head, but not in your body you keep repeating the same patterns, or attracting the same kind of person you want to close a chapter properly, not just push it away What’s included Full-day programme, Ayurvedic massage, organic lunch, tea break, and all mats, blankets and materials.
