Sometimes you don't need therapy or a life coach or another programme telling you what to do. Sometimes you just need to say it out loud in a room full of women who get it, in a space that was truly built to hold your truth - that's Women's Circle of Malaysia, and this is your invitation. WOMEN'S CIRCLE OF MALAYSIA Monthly Circle (December 2026) Date: Thursday, 3 December 2026 Doors open: 7.00PM Circle begins: 7.30PM sharp Ends: 9.30PM Venue: Women's Circle of Malaysia HQ, Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur Group size: Maximum 25 women Refreshments: Tea, water, and light bites included Investment: RM85 per person / RM140 for two / RM60 Circle Members WHAT HAPPENS ON THE NIGHT: 7.00PM — Doors Open Arrive, settle in, help yourself to tea and light bites. Meet the women in the room before the circle begins. 7.40PM — Warm Up A group activity to wake up the room; loosen the mind, lighten the energy, and get everyone out of their heads and into the present moment. No experience needed. Just show up and play. 8.00PM — The Question Bowl Every question in our bowl was written by the women who sat in the circle before you. Tonight we draw one and that becomes our theme. We don't answer it immediately. We break it down together first exploring what it means in your body, your mind, and your life; so every woman finds her own way in before the sharing begins. 8.15PM — Private Reflection A few minutes of private writing. Just for you. There will be no sharing at this stage. This is where you get honest with yourself before you get honest with the room. 8.20PM — Circle Sharing One woman speaks at a time. Everyone else listens fully, without interruption, without advice, without judgement. This is the heart of the circle. What happens here is different every time and it is impossible to fully describe until you have experienced it yourself. 9.15PM — Closing Every circle closes the same way. Each woman completes one sentence e.g. something she is taking with her, something she is leaving behind, or something she is committing to. Then we close the circle together. No. You share what you can, when you're ready. Silence is welcomed in the circle. What is the question bowl? Every woman who attends a Women's Circle of Malaysia session writes one question before she leaves — something she wants the next circle to explore. Those questions go into the bowl. On the night, one is drawn. That becomes our theme. It is always honest. It is always real. Can I come alone? Yes, and most women do. You will not feel alone for long. Is this therapy? No. This is a community space for honest conversation and connection. The circle CANNOT substitute for professional mental health support. What if I get emotional? You are in the right place. Is this a religious or spiritual event? No. Women of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome. How does membership work? Membership is free and earned by attending. From your 3rd circle onwards you become a WCM Circle Member and always pay RM60.
