Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees. ベネフィット会のご案内 ＜サイン会＞ ■サイン対象 ・サインは必ずスタッフから渡されるポストカードにのみ行います ・お客様の私物等にサインを入れることはできません。 ■宛名について ・宛名は、 【英語、日本語、タイ語】で【10文字以内】 でお願いいたします。 ・ 事前に宛名をご用意 して、ご持参ください。忘れた方は、入場される際にスタッフが付箋をお渡ししますので、事前に宛名をお書きください。 ・転売を目的とした宛名はご遠慮ください。 ・宛名なしは禁止とさせていただきます。必ず宛名をご用意ください。 ■アイテムについて ・カチューシャ等のアイテムをキャストに着用させることはできません。 ■プレゼントについて ・本公演では、ファンの皆さまから出演者へのお気持ちをお預かりするため、 【お手紙】のみを受け付けます。 ・なお、出演者は日本からの訪問となりますため、 プレゼントは受け付けておりませんので、 何卒ご了承ください。 ・サイン会中に渡しそびれた方は、会場内に【お手紙BOX】を設置しておりますので、そちらにお入れ下さい。 ■接触・会話について ・握手、ハイタッチなど出演者の身体に触れる行為は禁止です。 ・出演者や出演者同士への過度な身体的接触や不適切な行為の要求は禁止です。 ・過度な会話や長時間の会話は禁止です。スタッフの指示に従ってください。 ■撮影について ・お手持ちのスマートフォンでキャストの写真および動画撮影が可能です。 ・フラッシュ撮影は禁止です。 ・スマートフォン以外の撮影機材や補助機材の使用は禁止です。ただし、ミニ三脚はご使用可能です。 ・ライブ配信、ビデオ通話、第三者への共有は禁止です。 ■時間制限 ・ご移動時間を含めてお一人様30秒程度を目安としておりますが、時間を保証するものではございません。あらかじめご了承ください。 ■禁止事項 違反があった場合は、退場や今後の参加をお断りすることがあります ・参加券のコピー、偽装、転売。 ・スタッフや他の参加者への迷惑行為 ・アーティストへの誹謗中傷や過度なプライベート質問 ＜写真撮影会＞ ■写真撮影について ・立ち位置は、ご入場される際にお渡しする紙に書いてありますので、ご確認ください。 ・原則、立ち位置を変更することはできません。 ・撮影は縦アングルのみ、同じポーズを2枚続けて行います。2枚のうち1枚のみお渡しします。 ・写真撮影は原則として撮り直しはいたしません ■写真のダウロード ・写真のダウロードは、ご入場される際にQRコードをお渡ししますので、大切に保管してください。 ■アイテムについて ・カチューシャ等のアイテムをキャストに着用させることはできません。 ・お客様が応援アイテムなどを持ち込むことは可能ですが、アーティストに持たせることはできませんので、ご了承ください。 ■接触・会話について ・握手、ハイタッチなど身体に触れる行為は禁止です。 ・アーティストやアーティスト同士への過度な身体的接触や不適切な行為の要求は禁止です。 ・過度な会話や長時間の会話は禁止です。スタッフの指示に従ってください。 上映会の注意事項 ＜ご来場・ご案内に関する注意事項＞ ■フードサポートについて 衛生管理および感染防止の観点から、個人の方より直接食品をお受け取りすることはできません。 以下の条件をすべて満たした 認可済み業者からの提供品のみ 受け付けいたします。 ＜受け入れ条件＞ ・個別包装されていること ・製造者・販売者情報および製造日・賞味期限が明記されていること ・手作り品および開封済みの食品は不可 ・要冷蔵品は不可 ※万が一、食品が原因となる健康被害が発生した場合、主催者側では責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。 フードサポートをご希望の方は、公演前日までに下記宛先へ必要情報をお送りください。 〈送付先メールアドレス〉 📩[email protected] ※お問い合わせの際は、必ず「お名前」と「お問い合わせ対象の公演名・公演日時」をメール本文にご記載ください。 〈ご提供いただく情報〉 ・お名前（フルネーム） ・ご連絡先 ・配達業者名（店舗名） ・提供内容の詳細 〈配送先・到着指定〉 📍256 Rama I Road, Pathum Wan Subdistrict, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok 10330, Thailand ※配達は 公演当日 午前10時までに必着 にて配送業者へご指示ください。 ※本記載は送り状用です。 ※上記の電話番号にお問い合わせいただきましても、内容についてはご回答できかねます。 ■スタンド花・アレンジメント花について スタンド花およびアレンジメント花は、下記の条件にて受け付けいたします。 ご希望の場合は、内容をご確認のうえご手配ください。 【配送先】 256 Rama I Road, Pathum Wan Subdistrict, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok 10330, Thailand EMAIL: [email protected] TEL：06-4462-9945 ※配達は 公演当日 午前10時00分までに必着にて配送業者へご指示ください。 ※本記載は送り状用です。 ※上記の電話番号にお問い合わせいただきましても、内容についてはご回答できかねます。 【回収について】 全公演終了後、当日中に花屋または配送業者にて回収をお願いいたします。 回収時間の目安は20:00頃とお伝えください。 ※回収ができない場合、スタンド花は受け取りできません。 【その他注意事項】 ・札に住所・電話番号は記載しないでください（掲出不可となります） ・指定時間外の配送は受取不可 ・設置場所の指定不可／配置は主催側にて決定 ・公演途中で劣化した場合、早期撤去の可能性あり ・交通事情等により設置できない場合があります ■応援アイテム 応援アイテムのお持ち込みは可能ですが、下記条件を満たすものに限定させていただきます。 ・両手で持てるもの ・ご自身の肩幅よりも小さいサイズのもの ・DXTEEN / ONE LOVE ONE HEART公式ペンライト ・音を発しないもの ※応援アイテムをご使用の際は周りのお客様のご迷惑にならないように、胸の位置でご使用ください。 ※応援アイテムはキャストや他のお客様が見た時に不快・不適切だと感じる内容が含まれないよう配慮・ご協力をお願いいたします。 ※スタッフが確認し不適切だと判断した応援アイテムは、ご使用をご遠慮いただく場合がございます。 ■撮影について ・本公演は、本編映像を除き、公演中の写真撮影・録音・録画は可能です。 ・ご使用はスマートフォンのみ可能です。以下の行為を禁止します。 【禁止事項】 ・カメラ（一眼レフ、デジカメ、ビデオカメラ等）の持込・使用 ・撮影可能タイム以外での撮影行為 ■お手紙について ・本公演では、ファンの皆さまから出演者へのお気持ちをお預かりするため、【お手紙BOX】を会場内に設置いたします。なお、出演者は日本からの訪問となりますため、プレゼントは受け付けておりませんので、何卒ご了承ください。 ■その他のルールや禁止事項 ・キャストへの誹謗・中傷・威嚇・罵声等 ・ハサミ・カッターを含む危険物と判断できるものの持ち込み ・飲酒、酒気帯びでの入場及びイベント参加 ・会場内での飲食 ※水分補給を目的としたお飲み物の摂取は可能です。 ・出演者本人の肖像を使用した個人制作によるグッズ（オリジナルアイテム等）の販売は、一切禁止とさせていただきます。肖像権保護の観点からお控えいただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。 ご来場いただく皆様全員に心地よくお過ごしいただくため、ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
