Admission Terms and Conditions Guests must present a valid ticket or proof of purchase before entering the venue. Doors will close at 7:45 PM. Late arrivals may only enter when permitted by event staff. Entry and exit from the performance hall are not permitted while the show is in progress , except during the official break or at times announced by event staff. Guests must remain in their assigned seats. Seat changes are not permitted without authorization. Mobile phones must be set to silent mode. Flash photography, disruptive lighting, video recording, live streaming, and professional photography equipment are prohibited unless authorized by the organizer. Weapons, dangerous items, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and any items that may disrupt the event are prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to inspect personal belongings, refuse admission, or remove anyone who fails to comply with event regulations. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, program, performances, participants, or other event details when necessary. Personal Data Protection and Recording Notice Photography, video and audio recording, and live broadcasting will take place throughout the event by the organizer, authorized media, sponsors, and service providers. Images, video footage, or audio recordings featuring attendees may be used for event production, live broadcasts, news coverage, public relations, social media, advertising, and communications by the organizer and its authorized partners. Personal data will be collected, used, and disclosed only as necessary and in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), together with appropriate security measures. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in crowd shots, wide-angle footage, event photography, or live broadcasts. Separate consent will be obtained where legally required for close-up or individually focused images used primarily for commercial advertising. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed individually may inform event staff. However, the organizer cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd shots, general event footage, or live broadcasts.
