Attendees must purchase tickets with their real names (as per their passport/NRIC), mobile phone numbers, and fill in valid personal information. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the order should order details not tally with identification number/name during checks. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, personal circumstances, travel issues, or no-shows. Can I take my own selfie with the artists on stage? No. Taking selfies, or using personal cameras on stage, is strictly prohibited.
