TECHNO FLOW @ Kangkao

For our next edition, we are excited to be collaborating with KANGKAO , to bring you the Techno Flow experience in a brand new environment at DUAL . For this edition, Ania will guide a gentle Vinyasa flow while OLLE creates a soundscape of ambient techno, organic textures and gradual rhythms on DUAL's work-class sound system. As the practice comes to an end, singing bowls will ease the room into a deeply restorative savasana. Please bring your own yoga mat and, if possible, wear neutral or dark colours to complement the atmosphere. Open to all levels and abilities. Ania is a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and extensive experience teaching yoga to adults, families, and children in Bangkok. Specialising in Vinyasa, Yin, soundhealing, and mindful movement experiences. OLLE is a DJ and curator based in Bangkok. His sets focus on flow and progression, and for this session he will curate ambient sounds and textured rhythms to accompany the practice.
