This retreat brings together members of Global Shapers Governing Bodies to ground yourself in Thailand's nature and traditions, meet the founders and communities driving change across the city, and leave with a clear intention and practical next steps for your own impact journey and your hub's. Who it's for Designed primarily for Global Shapers Governing Body members. It's a chance to recharge, learn from Bangkok's impact ecosystem, and build peer connections with fellow hub leaders across the community. A limited number of places may be open to other Shapers and alumni. What to expect Day 1 – Arrival & Intention Setting (13 Dec) Check in at Hotel Icon Bangkok, reconnect with fellow hub leaders, and set your intentions over a welcome dinner. Day 2 – Wellbeing & Inner Leadership (14 Dec) A day in Bangkrachao, Bangkok's green lung: a sustainable farm visit, mindfulness and a sound bath, lunch at the Community Forest Center, herbal massage, cultural activities, and a Meet the Leaders panel. In the evening, dinner in Chinatown and a live Muay Thai show. Day 3 – Impact Day (15 Dec) Visit social ventures and impact organizations across Bangkok, with a fireside chat over lunch and an afternoon workshop to reflect on what you can bring back to your hub. In the evening, dinner with the Global Shapers Bangkok and alumni community. Tentative partners include Change Fusion & Taejai, UNDP Accelerator Lab Thailand, and Mae Fah Luang Foundation. Day 4 – Designing Your Impact Journey (16 Dec) A Community Champion-led reflection workshop, then a cultural afternoon at ICONSIAM, a Bangkok temple and Dib Museum. Close the retreat at the Avant Labs Entrepreneurship & Technology event at Nextopia.
