Tuesday, Oct 20 – Dobro Night (7–9 PM) Public House Bangkok, Sukhumvit 31 Join us for an intimate night with leading Dobro players in a private room high above Bangkok at Public House. With 20 guests, city views and the musicians a few steps away, it feels like a private musical house party. Two hours of free-flow drinks are included. Featuring David Bevins and Randy Cole. Expect top musicians from different parts of the world meeting and playing together for the first time, creating spontaneous collaborations and rare combinations in an intimate Penthouse overlooking the Bangkok skyline. Tonight’s theme: The World of the Dobro Leading players explore the Dobro’s unmistakable slide, singing sustain and journey through bluegrass, blues and acoustic roots music. FAQ Can I bring my Dobro? Yes. Players and learners are welcome to bring their Dobro. This is a listening concert, but there will be time afterwards to meet the musicians, ask questions and talk about the instrument. Can children attend? This is a small evening listening event with free-flow drinks and is not recommended for children. Alcoholic drinks will only be served to guests aged 20 or over. Please contact the organiser before buying a ticket if you need to bring a child.
