Single Fin is on Jalan Mamo in Pecatu, perched above the Uluwatu reef break and the Suluban cave entrance. Tiered terraces give almost every table an ocean view, and the kitchen turns out casual bar food alongside cocktails and beer.

Combine it with an early-evening walk along the cliffs or a visit to nearby Suluban beach at low tide, then head up the stairs for a drink as the sun sets. Food is served through the evening, so you can make it a dinner stop too, and the later midnight close means there is no rush to leave after dark.
