Reporting content or someone

Wherever you can see another person in Palaner — their profile, a friend request, a message they sent you — you can report or block them, on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. Blocking takes effect immediately and works both ways; you can undo it from Account → Blocked people.

Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and the account behind it can be suspended or banned. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.

Deleting your account

• iOS and Android: the You tab → Account Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account.
• Web: palaner.com/account → Delete my account.

You type DELETE to confirm, and the screen states what deletion does to your data before you do.

Terms and privacy

The Terms of Service govern your use of Palaner, including Palaner Plus. The Privacy Policy sets out what data we hold, who processes it, and how to exercise your rights under UK GDPR.
