Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026

Gartner's main European conference for CIOs and IT executives, four days at the International Barcelona Convention Centre, 9 to 12 November.

The programme is built around agentic AI, AI technology and infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise resilience, emerging technologies, and operating models. Gartner puts the scale at more than 6,500 CIOs and IT executives, over 130 of its own analysts and over 125 solution providers. Named sessions include distinguished VP analysts Kristin Moyer and Daryl Plummer, Shell country chair Marianne Olsnes with CIO Robbert van Rutten, Stanford lecturer Naomi Bagdonas, and guest keynotes from neuroscientist Helena Boschi and digital futurist Andreas Ekström.

Paid, and Gartner has not published the registration fee or the daily start times on the event page.

Why go: the analyst one-to-ones are the real product, and booking them early is what separates a useful four days from an expensive one. Best for CIOs, enterprise architects and IT leaders setting next year's budget.
