IIR 2026 — 16th Italian Information Retrieval Workshop

The 16th edition of the Italian Information Retrieval Workshop, a research forum for presenting and discussing IR work in an informal setting.

It is held at DIAG, Sapienza's Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering. The stated aim is to bring together researchers, especially early-career ones, alongside academic and industry participants; it traditionally serves the Italian IR community but welcomes international attendees. Previous editions: Cagliari in 2025 and Udine in 2024. Free of charge with advance registration required, but the site publishes neither a registration form nor a start time, and gives the venue only as map coordinates.
