iHCI 2026 — Irish Human Computer Interaction Symposium

The Irish Human Computer Interaction Symposium, running for nearly two decades and hosted by TU Dublin for the first time, at the Academic Hub in Grangegorman. Supported by the ACM SIGCHI Ireland Chapter and TU Dublin's Digital Futures Hub.

A full day, 09:00 to 18:00, bringing HCI researchers together from across Ireland and beyond. Programme and keynotes are not published yet. General admission 30 euro, student tickets 25 euro, no refunds.

Why go: the only annual gathering of Ireland's HCI research community, and the gap between that research and the product teams shipping interfaces in Dublin is wider than it should be. Worth a day if you do UX research, accessibility or interaction design and want to see what is coming out of the universities before it reaches practice.
