Year six of Berlin's community-run information-security conference, two days at CIC Berlin on Lohmühlenstraße.
Thursday is a state-recognised full-day training, "A Phishing Trip with the Bears", led by Marius Genheimer of the SECUINFRA Falcon Team: hands-on APT malware analysis tracing real Fancy Bear (APT28) and Cozy Bear (APT29) attack chains from the phishing email through to persistence. Beginner-friendly, 30 seats, free, certificate included, and recognised under the Berliner Bildungszeitgesetz so Berlin employees can claim paid education leave for it. Friday is the conference day, opening with Rory McCune on hiding in a Kubernetes cluster for years once you already have admin credentials.
Why go: a CFP-driven security room with practitioners rather than vendors, and a training day most companies would pay four figures for. Best for security engineers, red and blue teams, and platform engineers running Kubernetes.
