The powerful choral forces of the Elmer Iseler Singers, the Amadeus Choir and VIVA Singers Toronto unite once again with outstanding soloists and instrumentalists to perform a most special performance of this masterwork by G.F. Handel. The sounds of this performance will fill every corner of the great Yorkminster Park Baptist Church with the drama and immortal magic of Handel’s great music. This performance gives a rare opportunity to hear the great British mezzo-soprano, Catherine Wyn-Rogers, in one of her signature performances of this masterpiece. Join the Elmer Iseler Singers and friends for an experience that will bring you to tears and lift you to the skies. This is a performance not to be missed.
Soloists include: Leslie Fagan, soprano; Catherine Wyn-Rogers, mezzo-soprano; Asitha Tennekoon, tenor; and Owen Phillipson, bass.
