AI Awards 2026

Ireland's AI awards reach their eighth year, with Microsoft Ireland as principal sponsor. Fifteen categories this time, including new ones for the public sector and for agentic AI innovation, alongside startups, SMEs, large enterprise, responsible AI, cybersecurity, healthcare and sustainability, plus AI Person of the Year and the Women in AI and Young AI Role Model awards. Panel discussions and networking sit around the ceremony itself.

Run by AI Ireland at the Radisson Blu Royal on Golden Lane. Registration 8.30am, start 9.30am, ceremony then lunch, finishing at 2pm. Full price 250 euro, 99 euro for nominees and 49 euro for students on production of ID; early bird has sold out. Smart casual.

Why go: half a day rather than a long evening, and the nominee list is the most reliable annual snapshot of who is actually shipping AI in Ireland. Best for AI practitioners, research leads and technology executives.
