An engaging, student-centered fireside chat exploring the economic, technological, and leadership forces shaping the world today—and the future of work. The conversation will examine how students can prepare to lead, build wealth, create opportunity, and make an impact in a rapidly changing economy. Speakers will share perspectives on the economy and labor market, business leadership and investment, entrepreneurship, access to capital, workforce trends, and the skills and experiences needed to navigate a successful career. The discussion will also connect these issues to the Howard experience, higher education, student preparation, leadership, and Howard’s mission of developing leaders who create meaningful change.
