Monday, October 26 Cooking Class - 3:20 PM - 4:20 PM (SRC North - MPR B) Transition to Yoga Class - 4:20 PM - 4:30 PM (SRC North - Through Cooking Well Garden) Yoga Class - 4:30 PM - 5:15 PM (SRC North - MPR A) Celebrate spooky season with a night of tasty snacks and chill vibes at the SRC! First, head to MPR B for a Cooking Well demo to craft your own charcuterie box and hummus wrap. Then flow into a relaxing yoga picnic through the Cooking Well Garden to MPR A. It’s time for some boo-tiful bites & spooky savasana. Costumes are welcome (but not required), and if you can’t make the cooking portion, you are still welcome to join us for cookies and mocktails in the Cooking Well Garden. No tricks — just treats and tranquil stretches. Please see Group Fitness schedule for program and yoga class registration details. Space is limited! We can accommodate up to 40 participants for yoga and 20 participants for the cooking class. Registration opens October 12! When you register for the yoga session, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to register for the cooking class. The cooking class is limited to 20 participants, so please only register if you are certain you will be able to attend. This helps ensure that everyone who wants to participate has an opportunity to do so. Once all 20 spots have been filled, registration for the cooking class will close and no additional participants will be accepted.
