Cheyenne Love is a Project Manager with the Wyoming Water Development Office, specializing in the management of large-scale, primarily agricultural, water infrastructure planning projects throughout the State of Wyoming. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Ecology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

In addition to assessment of the State’s critical water infrastructure, they provide scientific insight and project management expertise to various other programs, including the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program, the Regional Conservation Partnership Program and the Wyoming Weather Modification Program. Throughout their career, they have worked in multiple facets of Federal, State and local government, contributing to the responsible management of natural resources.

During the St. Mary’s University Environmental Science Seminar Speaker Series, Cheyenne Love will share insights on the challenges facing the “water world” in Wyoming today, while also discussing their professional journey, current environmental initiatives and opportunities available to students interested in environmental careers.

If you have any questions, contact Evelynn Mitchell, Ph.D. at [email protected].
