This in-person [MT419A] session is for employees who have already taken the DISC assessment and want to connect their DISC style awareness to the way they approach work, priorities, communication, focus, and follow-through. In this interactive session, participants will explore how different tendencies can create both productivity strengths and friction points, especially when working with others or responding to pressure. Through reflection, team activities, and practical application, participants will identify ways to adapt their routines, expectations, and communication to work more intentionally and effectively.
What You'll Learn
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
1) Recognize how DISC tendencies influence work execution, focus, pace, communication, and follow-through.
2) Identify personal and team productivity friction without assigning blame to a style or person.
3) Practice adapting strengths, routines, and expectations to improve productivity in real workplace situations.
