Join us in person at Memorial Church for an iPause Guided Practice session with Rev. Dereca Blackmon. Through guided reflection, breath, and shared silence, participants will be invited to settle into the present moment and reconnect with the wisdom within. This contemplative practice will offer a gentle space to restore attention, deepen discernment, and cultivate the inner grounding needed to move through the world with greater compassion and care.
Rev. Dereca Blackmon is a spiritual teacher, preacher, facilitator, and community leader whose work centers healing, justice, and the transformative power of contemplative practice. Through her ministry and public speaking, she invites people to cultivate the inner resources needed to meet complex times with courage, compassion, and wisdom. Her approach brings together spiritual grounding, practical reflection, and a deep commitment to individual and collective well-being. She serves the East Bay Church of Religious Science.
