Flu shots for students, faculty and staff

SUNY Oswego, in partnership with Wegmans Pharmacy, will host several flu vaccination clinics in Swetman Gym on the following dates and times:

Monday, October 5 from 10am-2pm

Tuesday, October 27 from 10am-3pm (Registration opens September 30)

Walk-ins and How To Register:

Walk-ins are welcome, but organizers strongly encourage you to make an appointment at a time most convenient for you through the SUNY Oswego Flu and COVID Vaccine registration page.

Insurance:

Flu/COVID vaccines are billed through your pharmacy insurance coverage. Most insurances cover vaccines with a $0 copay. If you don’t have insurance, Wegmans can apply their discount card to the cost of the vaccine (the flu shot is $44, and the COVID shot is $189.99 out of pocket through the discount card). You can pay over the phone with a credit or debit card at your appointment.

Students Under 18:

Students under 18 will need parent/guardian consent. At your appointment, your pharmacist will contact your parent/guardian over the phone and get verbal permission.

What to Bring:

Remember to bring your insurance card to the clinic.
