How IMPACTFUL you can become depends heavily on how good you are at what you do. And that's not always easy to gauge:

What you need to learn to get into this job, or to get better at it

And in what order to learn it, for maximum efficiency

How does the workshop run?

It's a series of three evening sessions that move from tasks, to skills, to trees, gradually growing a forest-like picture of all the skills and knowledge a specific role needs. You can join one, two or all three. In each session we uncover and refine what we're working on until everyone in the room is happy with the result. Which profession?

The community has spoken: we're laying out the UX Designer profession. The result will be published on professions.skillforests.com. Whether you're a junior or senior designer, a researcher, someone who designs with AI tools, or moving into UX from another field, your experience belongs in the room.

Wednesday 11 November, 18:30–21:00Impact HUB Tokyo, MeguroFree, in English and Japanese. The cafe is closed in the evening, so bring your own drink.
