November 19 · MoLI Dublin

A breakfast roundtable for senior technology and business leaders on turning scattered AI wins into capacity the whole organisation can feel.

About this breakfast

Work keeps growing. Teams don't. AI has helped, but only in pockets: a few people have agents doing hours of their work while everyone else stays underwater. This breakfast is about what comes next: which workflows to hand to agents first, how to prove the return, and how to spread the gains across the whole team.

It's an open, off-the-record conversation between peers about what’s working, what isn’t, and where agents are paying back.

Themes for discussion

Finding the right workflows: which of your workflows are ready to hand to an agent now, and where can agents absorb the extra work regulation keeps adding, so your people keep the judgement calls?

Measuring the return: how do you measure capacity freed, cost-to-serve and time to meet a new requirement, and what does it cost to wait?

From experiment to operating model: what does it take for whole teams to work this way, with the right human controls in place.

The format

Twenty people, one room, moderated by Cian Clarke, Global Head of AI at Nearform. A short scene-setting talk on what we’re seeing in live programmes, then an open discussion. Held under the Chatham House Rule, with no pitches.

The morning

9:00am: Arrival and coffee

9:20am: Seated, welcome and framing

9:30am: Discussion over breakfast

11:00am: Briefing ends

11:15am: Private tour of MoLI

12:30pm: Close

The tour is optional. If you need to get back, the roundtable finishes at 11:00am.

Hosted by Nearform. Places are limited and by invitation only. If your plans change, you're welcome to nominate a colleague at a similar level: let us know and we'll confirm.
