We’re hosting an AIxBio wargame with Conrad Kunadu, a Horizon fellow and visiting fellow at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security. He is currently completing a DPhil in International Relations, and he founded the Oxford Biosecurity Group while studying PPE here at Oxford.
By participating in the wargame, you’ll work through an AIxBio roleplay in small teams and consider catastrophic risk scenarios. Don't worry if you're not an expert as careful thinking about threat models is rewarded much more than having lots of prior specialist knowledge. We think this could be a good fit for anyone interested in catastrophic risks, particularly those at the intersection between Biosecurity and AI safety, including if you’re curious about policy but have no policy experience yet. The whole thing will run for about 90 minutes, with food afterwards.
