Take a breath before the busy season hits. Holiday Stress & Hot Chocolate is a warm, supportive wellness experience designed to help you navigate the emotional and practical stress that can come with the holidays—overcommitting, budgeting pressure, family dynamics, and the feeling that you have to do it all.

We’ll start with a brief, wellbeing session on recognizing holiday stress and building realistic strategies to protect your time, energy, and peace—plus permission to set boundaries and give yourself grace. You’ll leave with a simple holiday to-do + budgeting worksheet to help you prioritize what matters most and plan without overwhelm.

Then we’ll shift into cozy community connection with a hot chocolate bar and a hands-on activity: you’ll create your own DIY room spray (using witch hazel, essential oils, and distilled water) to take home as a calming reminder of your new stress-support tools.

You’ll also receive a few helpful takeaways, including low/no-cost local holiday activity ideas and gift guide inspiration (including easy handmade options). Come as you are—leave feeling steadier, supported, and more prepared for the season.
