Humanoid robots can already dance. They perform at product launches and events around the world. Getting them to work a full shift on a factory floor is a different story. Tens of thousands of humanoids will come off production lines over the next year, but only a few hundred are expected to do regular industrial work.

The gap isn’t the robot’s moves. It’s trust. A factory needs to know a robot can work for hours next to people, on uneven floors, around unexpected obstacles, as conditions change from day to day. The real test isn’t the demo. It’s whether the robot finishes its shift and comes back for the next one.

Drive TLV and Next Gear Ventures invite you to an evening on what it takes to get from the stage to the factory floor.

Panel 1: The Steps That Make It Safe

Robots will mostly be built abroad, but the layer that makes them trustworthy can be built here. Israeli startups working on sensing, monitoring, validation and security share how they help plants understand what a robot is doing, recognize when conditions shift, and know when a human needs to step in.

Panel 2: Teaching Robots to Move

Global and Israeli leaders in AI and humanoid robotics on the models, platforms and machines behind physical AI. What will it take to move from impressive pilots to steady, everyday operations, and what does that mean for the people working alongside them?

Founders, corporates, investors and engineers welcome. Networking to follow
