Yellow Zone 1 – A little more reading and connecting

Hey there 👋 What if we took two hours out of our usual routines to slow down a little? A cosy café, a good book, a coffee, and a few new faces.

For Yellow Zone's first event, I'm bringing together a small group of people for a relaxed afternoon of reading, coffee, and conversation at the lovely Belga & Co. No need to be productive and no need to know anyone beforehand. Just a chance to put our phones aside, enjoy a good read, and connect with the people around us.

What to expect​📍 3:45-4:00pm → Arrive & settle in: a few moments to settle down and get to know each other before we dive in.

📖 4:00-5:00pm → Read together: an hour of quiet reading, journalling, or your favourite offline pastime.

💬 5:00-5:45pm → Chat & coffee: we'll use the second half to meet some new friends. I’ll start us off with a few questions.

A few things to know

Bring: A book, magazine, or whatever you need for your favourite offline pastime.

Drinks: No ticket fee this time around. Just grab your own coffee or drink at the café.

The group: We'll keep it small, around 8-12 people.

Going solo? Great, come along and you'll meet some new friends.

Phones: We'll ask you to put them away.

This is the first Yellow Zone gathering, so we're keeping things simple and seeing what grows from it. Looking forward to it and excited to see how it goes!
