ImpactUp x Cincinnati is hosted by We Are For Good + Givebutter

You can’t pour from an empty cup. And you shouldn’t have to.

ImpactUp is our global gathering of the We Are For Good community, held four times a year. One theme, many ripples. It kicks off with a virtual livestream, then spreads out to local meetups hosted by community members in cities around the world.

This round, our theme is Pause. Reconnecting to ourselves, to our missions, and to each other.

Rest isn’t a break from the work. It’s what makes the work last.

We built this one with you. Our community told us what they actually needed right now, and the answers were clear: time off you can genuinely take, leaders who go first, and tools instead of more talk.

So that’s what this is. A few hours to stop, breathe, and sit with people who understand what you’re carrying.

Special Sessions: Space to Pause + Reconnect

We’re making room for a little extra care with two special guests:

Ben Crotte, co-founder of Animal Companion Counseling, will join us for a special session. With a master’s degree in social work from Western Michigan University, Ben brings a passion for equitable access to mental health services and a love of nature, animals, and connection.

Sheldon, owner of the Living Healing Hut, will guide us through energy work, offering space to slow down, pause, and reconnect with ourselves.

Together, these sessions invite us to put the theme of Pause into practice—and make space for ourselves alongside the work we care about.
