Come join us at Albany Community Center, November 10th 7 PM for an informative evening regarding aging adults.Aging brings a wave of decisions that most families only start researching in the middle of a crisis. This event is designed to change that. It's a free, educational event built to help older adults and the people who support them get informed before those decisions are urgent.
Local experts will walk through the practical realities of aging well: what to know about housing and care transitions, how estate planning actually works, what a financial plan for the later decades should include, and how to organize a move or a home without it becoming overwhelming.
You'll leave with a clearer sense of what questions to ask, which decisions tend to sneak up on families, where to find trustworthy local resources, and how to start conversations with aging parents, spouses, or adult children before a crisis forces the issue.
