The Alpha Agentic Economy Summit is the gathering for leaders building the agentic enterprise and those accountable for its decisions.

On November 6, 2026, at Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City, Alpha brings together board directors, management teams, investors, and technology leaders to address a defining challenge: enterprises are delegating authority to AI faster than their governance can adapt.

AI agents are already executing transactions, writing and deploying code, and making operational decisions between board meetings. As their authority expands, so does the exposure: financial loss, operational disruption, legal liability, and reputational damage. Boards need to understand where that authority sits, how it is controlled, and what evidence demonstrates that oversight is working.

The Summit connects the boardroom with the people shaping this shift. Confirmed speakers include Gary Vaynerchuk, Chairman of VaynerX; Stacy Brown-Philpot, Founder and Managing Partner of Cherryrock Capital; Ann Miura-Ko, Co-Founding Partner of Floodgate; Laura Desmond, CEO of Smartly; Al Zollar, board director at BNY, IBM, and Nasdaq; and Madhu Muthukumar, Chief Product Officer of SoFi. They join leaders including Navrina Singh of Credo AI, Philip Rathle of Neo4j, Wasim Khaled of Blackbird.AI, Ned Koh of Aaru, Dara Ladjevardian of Delphi, Bri Treece of Fathom, and Andrew Yang of Noble Mobile. alpha.ac

These leaders bring perspectives across enterprise deployment, venture investment, corporate oversight, AI governance, and the technologies changing how companies operate. Directors with oversight responsibility and executives with execution responsibility will engage directly with the builders and investors advancing the agentic economy. Attendance is curated to keep the room senior, focused, and conducive to substantive conversation.

Working conversations take place under the Chatham House Rule, creating space for candid discussion of architectures, incidents, controls, and consequential decisions. Sessions give speakers time to examine the material in depth. Questions continue during deliberate intermissions, where delegates can connect directly with speakers and peers in smaller conversations.

The format is built for practical outcomes. There are no vendor pitches. The focus is on real systems, delegated authority, and the decisions leaders must make: what agents may do, who owns their actions, when humans must intervene, and how performance and accountability can be verified.

Delegates leave with a clearer view of where agents are entering the enterprise, relationships with the people shaping that transition, and concrete priorities for their next board, committee, or management meeting.

In the agentic economy, every decision to delegate authority is a governance decision. Growth depends on getting it right.

Governance is Alpha.
