Festival of lights | A Guided Sound Bath

As autumn deepens and the days grow shorter, Diwali, the Festival of Lights, invites us to celebrate illumination, renewal, and the light of awareness within. Just as the gentle glow of the lamp brings warmth to the stillness of the night, Diwali reminds us that even the smallest light can illuminate our path, inviting us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.

Through immersive sound, gentle breath, and mindful stillness, you’ll be invited to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and clarity. A gentle opportunity to honor the light within, embrace the beauty of stillness, and welcome the season with renewed awareness and intention.

Set against the warm, inviting backdrop of a local winery, join Earth & Grain for a peaceful celebration of light, presence, and togetherness. 🌿Come in comfortable clothing. For this session you will be provided with :
