📍 Culture Connects Studio – 3000 E 22nd St, Tucson

Looking for a gentle way to move more, improve your balance, and bring a little calm into your week?

Join us for a welcoming, beginner-friendly hour of Tai Chi and Qigong. You’ll learn slow, comfortable movements at an easy pace, with clear instruction and plenty of time to practice.

No experience is needed. Returning students and lifelong learners are always welcome.

What You’ll Practice

Each class includes simple movements that encourage:

Relaxed, upright posture
Balance and coordination
Smooth, controlled weight shifting
Gentle strength and mobility
Breath awareness and calm focus
More confidence moving at your own pace

Movements are introduced step by step and then connected into flowing sequences. Smaller movements, rest breaks, and comfortable adaptations are always welcome.

October Qigong Focus: Eight Brocades

🌿 This month, we’ll practice the Eight Brocades—Ba Duan Jin, a traditional Qigong sequence of eight gentle movements.

October Tai Chi Focus: Sun Style

☀️ We’ll also explore Sun Style Tai Chi, known for its:

Upright, comfortable posture
Smooth, agile stepping
Gentle circular movements

Its approachable movements make Sun Style especially well suited for beginners and anyone interested in developing balance, coordination, and relaxed movement.
