Abbey Badminton Club-Watford

Abbey Badminton Club-Watford play doubles badminton at Parmiters school every Friday night 8-10 pm. Changing facilities are available. Our club is open to all teenagers and adults. Although beginners are discouraged, there is no upper age limit. We are a social club with mixed abilities, both male and female. Currently, there is no joining fee, but we do charge £7 weekly. Our quarterley rate is £75 for a 12/13 week period, if paid at the start of the quarter year. The charging quarters are Jan-Mar/Apr-Jun/Jul-Sep and Oct-Dec. Some of us like to take refreshments and have a chat at a local pub after playing. Feel free to join us. Attendances are set to a limit of 12 for 2 courts, 18 for 3 courts or 24 for 4 courts, subject to availability of the courts. ( We have a permanent booking for 3 courts at present, with the option of the other if required, and, as previously said, subject to availability ) This includes members and guests from both A B C and W B C We provide shuttlecocks.
