Autumn Inversion - Help for Nepal

🇳🇵 HELP FOR NEPAL — Autumn Immersion Yoga Workshop Practise with purpose. Move, breathe and come together for a meaningful cause. Nepal has been affected by devastating floods, leaving communities in urgent need of support. This special donation-based Autumn Immersion at Harrow Arts Centre brings our yoga community together to practise while supporting Nepal flood-relief efforts. Saturday, 26 September 2026 2:00–5:00 pm Harrow Arts Centre During this three-hour workshop, we will explore: Inversion Foundations + Deep Yin Yoga | Help for Nepal No headstand experience needed. Learn safe inversion foundations, build confidence, then unwind with a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga practice.
